DC Comics CONVERGENCE

2015
- April - May CONVERGENCE

All regular titles will be postponed during this cross-over event.
Being told in the weekly comic book series set five years in the future, the events of  THE NEW 52: FUTURES END and Earth 2: World's End play directly into CONVERGENCE—DC Comics' massive 2 month event taking place in April and May of 2015.

Beginning on April 1 of 2015 and running through to May 27.
It will be written by Jeff King of “White Collar” and “Stargate SG-1" fame with help from Dan Jurgens on the zero issue and an outline from Scott Lobdell. The weekly event will also feature forty 2-issue tie ins running in place of the regular “New 52" comics in April and May.
The story involves Brainiac having trapped cities from various timelines and planets that have ended, brought them in domes to a planet outside of time and space, and "is now opening them for a great experiment to see what happens when all these folks meet." Notable during this event will be the return of DC Characters from before the Flashpoint storyline of 2011 that led to creation of The New 52 Universe.
